Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received and verified.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, if available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. NeverCared is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

NeverCared is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities.
